Winemaking tips: making dull wine clear

If your homemmade wine has too much sediment, there are to ways to make it clear and transparent.

1. Method making dull wine clear

Take 2-3 chicken eggs for each 100 ml of wine. Separate the whites, add a little bit of water and beat them up. Then mix them with a small quantity of wine and pour this mixture in the bottle.

2. Method making dull wine clear

Soak gelatine in cold water for 12-14 hours. Change water each 3-4 hours. Pour out cold water and add warm water (around 50º Celsium). Now add this mixture to the wine. Take 10-15 gr of gelatine for each 100 ml of homemade wine.
