    Ingredients:

  • 6,5 lbs of cherries
  • 1 gallon of water
  • 3,5 lbs of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of wine yeast

Carefully wash berries and remove stems. Add boiled water and leave under press for some 4 days. Strain the juice, add yeast, sugar, a little bit of lemon juice and leave in warm place for fermentation for 2-3 weeks. After the process is over, mix and shake it up and then leave for 5 months to settle. Bottle carefully and keep in cool and dark place.
